Gainwell Technologies is seeking a experienced SSRS/SSIS Reporting Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather and translate reporting requirements, analyze data, map source-to-target processes, and support SSRS/SSIS development and validation to ensure accurate, compliant reporting.

The role emphasizes SQL proficiency, data analysis, and strong communication to drive quality reports and data integration, with fully remote options for Contiguous US

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in BA, reporting, data analysis, or similar technical role.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Strong SQL/T-SQL skills and data validation capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business, reporting, and data requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, report specifications, and data mappings.
• Define SSRS report requirements including fields, parameters, filters, calculations, grouping, sorting, and business rules.
• Partner with developers to support SSRS reports and SSIS/ETL processes.
• Analyze source and target data and develop source-to-target mapping documentation.
• Use SQL queries to research data, validate report results, and support root-cause analysis.
• Document data transformation and validation rules for SSIS processes.
• Coordinate and support UAT and business sign-off.
