Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar technical role.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Working knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and ETL/data‑integration concepts.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and validating data.

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business reporting and data requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and data mappings.
• Define SSRS report requirements including fields, parameters, filters, calculations, and rules.
