Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Data Analytics and Reporting SME to help harness technology and deliver insights that support health outcomes for communities. The role emphasizes building dashboards, refining data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet contractual and business objectives.

You will lead end-to-end analytics projects, translate complex data into actionable guidance for leadership, and contribute to data-driven decision making in a fully remote

Qualifications

2-5 years of Data Analytics experience.
Experience with Python or similar scripting languages.
Experience with BI tools (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI).
Ability to query and analyze large/diverse data sets using data languages and platforms.
Demonstrated ability to learn new data analytic toolkits as needed.

Responsibilities

Define key business metrics and gather requirements for scalable insights.
Architect data pipelines, design dashboards for stakeholders, address their needs.
Maintain and improve data infrastructure and dashboards.
Publish and maintain documentation, gather feedback for improvements.
Identify and implement data workflow optimizations and query improvements.
