Qualifications

• Prior law firm experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist SSDI/SSI cases from intake through administrative process.
• Regularly communicate with clients about medical treatment, case status, and needed information.
• Request, collect, organize, and review medical records and other docs.
• Prepare and submit forms and correspondence to SSA.
• Monitor deadlines, SSA requests, hearing dates, and documentation.
• Keep case management system accurate with every communication and deadline tracked.
• Use AI and automation tools daily to draft correspondence and move cases efficiently.
