Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring Site Reliability Engineers to own reliability across our AI platforms, including ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI. The role emphasizes design for resilience, incident response, and automated remediation, with global remote work options and optional offices in select cities.

You will define SLAs/SLOs with product teams, build tooling to measure them, and drive improvements through code and automation while partnering with cross-functional teams to prevent outages

Qualifications

• Hands-on production SRE experience at scale with reliability improvements.
• Strong backend development background and automation mindset.
• Experience owning incident response, on-call and post-mortems.
• Observability, alerting, and defining/tracking SLOs/SLAs.
• Solid Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure knowledge (GCP/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Set reliability standards across ElevenLabs platforms, ensuring latency-sensitive customer experiences.
• Design and run disaster recovery programmes and regularly test targets.
• Define and track SLAs/SLOs per product and customer with tooling.
• Own incident detection, response, post-mortems and on-call practices.
• Build AI-assisted investigation and automated remediation to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with product teams to embed resilience in architecture at scale.
