Xplor Technologies is seeking a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer to own the AI agent platform in production. You’ll shape reliability for streaming AI workloads, multi-tenant usage, and cost governance across AWS services and Terraform-managed infrastructure. In this fully remote role, candidates across the U.S.

(excluding HI/AK) are welcome, with a bias toward Eastern/Central time zones. You’ll lead incident reviews, implement guardrails, and drive reliability with industry-standard tooling

Formación

• 7+ years in SRE, DevOps or platform engineering for multi-tenant SaaS.
• Strong AWS experience and Terraform at scale (Spacelift / Terraform Cloud).
• Experience building SLO-based alerting and observability (Datadog/OpenTelemetry).
• Proven track record leading incidents and driving post-incident fixes.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL operations and automation tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Define SLOs and error budgets for agent APIs and streaming workloads.
• Own AWS infrastructure (ECS/Fargate, Aurora PostgreSQL, Redis) via Terraform.
• Build observability with Datadog and OpenTelemetry for cost signals.
• Ensure data stores have backups, DR targets, and safe migrations.
• Implement per-tenant quotas and circuit breakers for multi-tenant safety.
• Collaborate with Security on AI risks and governance.
