Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring Site Reliability Engineers to raise the reliability standard across live production systems on our AI platforms. You will define targets, build measurement tooling, and influence architecture to reduce downtime and latency, spanning live customer conversations to real-time content production.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running production systems at scale.
• Strong background in backend development and automation.
• Experience owning incident response, on-call and post-mortems.
• Experience with observability and defining/tracking SLOs/SLAs.
• Solid grounding in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement disaster recovery programmes with measurable recovery targets.
• Define and track SLAs/SLOs per product and customer.
• Own incident detection, response, and post-mortems with improvements.
• Develop AI-assisted investigation and automated remediation tooling.
• Collaborate with product teams to embed reliability into architecture and processes.
