- Own detection, response and learning from incidents, including alerting design, incident process, post-mortems and on-call.
- Build AI-assisted investigation and auto-resolution, from agent-led diagnosis to automated remediation.
- Embed with product teams to shape architecture and engineering practices for resilience at scale.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience running production systems at scale as an SRE, infrastructure engineer or similar, with a track record of measurably improving reliability.
- Strong background in backend development and a habit of solving reliability problems with code and automation.

- Remote role described as executable globally.
- Optional work from offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Warsaw.

- Reliability work spans disaster recovery, SLA/SLO definition, incident management and architecture changes with product teams.
- Measurement is part of the job: SLOs and SLAs must be tracked by product and customer, not only defined.
- Automation and code are expected means of reliability work, including AI-assisted diagnosis and remediation.
- On-call and post-mortems are owned responsibilities, with fixes driven to completion.
