Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior Site Reliability Engineering leader to guide a global team. You will mentor engineers, remove blockers, and partner with product and engineering to align SRE efforts with business goals.

You will drive innovations in reliability, scalability, and security while fostering collaboration and accountability across teams. A remote, Canada-focused work arrangement is offered with generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience and a BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience of engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native tech and large-scale distributed systems.
• Hands-on with container runtimes and scripting languages listed above.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices and product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Site Reliability Engineers and mentor their development.
• Remove blockers and maintain momentum toward team objectives.
• Partner with product and engineering to align roadmaps with business goals.
• Drive reliability, scalability, security, and usability improvements.
