Job summary

Invoca is seeking a Sr Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead a growing SRE team and shape the infrastructure that powers our AI-enabled platform. You’ll drive reliability, scalability, and on-call excellence across the organization, partnering with security, architecture, and product teams.

You will own the 3–month delivery plan, guide a team of 8 SREs, manage cloud and on-prem components, and advance policy-driven, AI-assisted operations while reducing toil and elevating engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on in an SRE, DevOps, systems, or infrastructure engineering role
• 3+ years directly managing teams in one of those disciplines
• Strong depth across cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Kubernetes, Terraform, and policy-as-code
• Experience with GitOps, ArgoCD, Atlantis, and observability tools

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of Invoca’s infrastructure across the platform
• Own and drive the 3‑month delivery plan with accountability for shipping high-impact work
• Build infrastructure with agents in mind and define contracts between infra and product teams
• Advance agentic development: AI-assisted operations, self-healing deployments, policy-driven changes
• Standardize engineering leverage and promote infrastructure as a product for internal users
• Translate platform decisions into business outcomes for velocity, cost and revenue impact
