Qualifications

• Production-grade tooling experience in Go or Python
• Data-driven mindset with blameless incident response
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional stakeholders
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing globally distributed teams
• Strategic vision with technical depth and mentoring capability

Responsibilities

• Lead the SRE team's technical direction and drive cross-functional initiatives across product and platform teams
• Operate at scale with 24/7 on-call rotations and direct incident remediation
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and automation to reduce toil
• Embed reliability as a core practice in engineering through policies and standards
• Mentor SRE talent and lift team capabilities through code reviews and design discussions
• Represent reliability in architectural reviews and strategic planning
