Job summary

Wand AI is seeking a hands-on Head of SRE to establish, scale, and own reliability for our growing platform. You will define SLIs/SLOs, lead incident response, and drive automation across the software delivery lifecycle.

You will partner with product and engineering leadership to ensure enterprise-grade reliability, security, and performance while building a high-impact, globally distributed SRE organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SRE/Production Engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to improve uptime and reliability.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infra and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience leading at least one SRE team.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead SRE strategy, standards, and execution across engineering teams.
• Review and redesign current infrastructure and operating model.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure production environments.
