Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to ensure the availability, performance, and operational excellence of large-scale distributed systems in production. As an SRE, you will bridge development and operations, applying software engineering to infrastructure and automation to raise reliability with lower toil.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in CS/Engineering and 5+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong Python/Go/Java skills, Linux, Kubernetes, and solid

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of SRE/DevOps/production engineering for large-scale distributed systems.
Strong coding skills in Python/Go/Java for automation.
Deep Linux experience, networking, performance tuning, and triaging.
Kubernetes expertise with container-based workloads.
Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK/EFK).
Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for infra and apps.

Responsibilities

Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of large-scale distributed systems.
Apply software engineering principles to infrastructure and operations problems.
Automate and operate complex services to reduce toil and improve reliability.
Lead incident response and post-incident reviews with clear documentation.
