Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Platform Reliability Engineer to ensure availability, performance, and operational excellence for large-scale distributed systems. You will operate at the intersection of development and operations, building robust automation and tooling.

The role requires 6+ years of SRE/DevOps experience, strong coding skills (Python/Go/Java), and hands-on Linux + Kubernetes expertise. This is a full-time, remote-approved position within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of SRE/DevOps or production engineering experience for large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java and automation tooling.
• Hands-on Linux experience, networking, performance tuning, and systems-level troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Ensure availability, performance and operational excellence of large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Apply software engineering principles to infrastructure and operations problems.
• Design, automate, and operate complex services to reduce toil and increase reliability.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews with clear documentation and follow-ups.
• Collaborate across development and operations teams to improve platform reliability.
