Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior ROW Agent / Project Manager for transmission and distribution projects in the United States. You will lead land acquisition from title research through negotiations and documentation, coordinating with clients, landowners, regulators, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ROW, land acquisition, and transmission projects.
• Licensed California real estate professional.
• Proven leadership and project management in complex ROW initiatives.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and verify property ownership through public records and title research.
• Lead negotiations for acquisition of rights-of-way and easements.
• Prepare and interpret land and ROW agreements, deeds, leases, and licenses.
• Manage project records and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee permits, licenses, and related documentation.
• Lead project meetings and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and priorities.
