Position Overview: Provides processing and sales support for loan applications received from Wholesale Loan Brokers. Collaborates with Account Executives and Brokers to manage loan applications from submission to closing, adhering to company policies and all applicable laws. The target pay range is $50,000 to $70,000 annually.

What You’ll Do
  1. Serve as the main communication and support contact between the Broker and various departments, including Underwriting, Quality Control, Documentation, and Funding.
  2. Provide excellent customer service.
  3. Verify credit reports, flood certifications, and review appraisals as needed.
  4. Ensure compliance with deadlines for pre-disclosures, approval letters, cancellations, and declinations.
  5. Monitor incoming documents, verify data, and address discrepancies.
  6. Obtain and clear stipulations from brokers prior to funding.
  7. Proactively monitor the pipeline to ensure timely loan funding.
  8. Update Account Executives on pipeline status daily.
  9. Maintain accurate data entry and communication with all parties involved.
  10. Order verifications of employment and deposits to assist with pre-funding quality checks.
What You'll Need
  1. Ability to handle confidential information securely.
  2. Experience with FHA & VA lending and knowledge of RESPA regulations.
  3. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files.
  4. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  6. Educational background equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
  7. At least five years of experience as a Wholesale Account Manager or mortgage Loan Processor.
  8. Thorough knowledge of wholesale loan production and mortgage processing.
