Who we are looking for:

The Sr. Account Manager, Transportation, will understand customer needs to deliver value-added transportation services, collaborating with sales, operations, and business teams. Responsibilities include retaining and expanding transport orders from existing and new customers, building relationships, pitching transport solutions, and closing deals.

Remote / Travel:

This role is remote, but candidates should be able to be in Buffalo, NY at least 2 days a week. Occasional travel to customers and the Buffalo office up to 20% may be required.

  • Support efforts to enhance customer experience
  • Develop strategies to retain and grow the client base
  • Identify client needs and partner with stakeholders to deliver results
  • Establish relationships with key clients and internal teams
  • Execute sales campaigns and coordinate customer meetings
  • Drive customer wins through follow-ups and cross-functional collaboration
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Document activities and strategies

What you will need:

  • English proficiency
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • 3+ years in B2B/SMB sales or account management
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and business acumen
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
  • Industry experience in automotive or transportation is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, with potential incentives. Final salary depends on experience, skills, location, and market factors.
