Job summary
Workiva, Inc. offers a remote internship in the United States focused on storytelling of technical scenarios and software demonstrations.
You will collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and Customer Success to support onboarding and customer journeys, while translating complex concepts for broader audiences. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in technology, engineering, MIS, finance, or accounting, with exposure to SaaS finance ecosystems, APIs, SQL, and software architecture
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program in technology, engineering, MIS, finance, accounting or related field.
- Exposure to SaaS/cloud-based financial solutions and ecosystems.
- Familiarity with data management, APIs, and structured data (SQL).
- Understanding of software development, architecture, and networking is helpful.
- Experience in creating or delivering presentations is useful.
Responsibilities
- Translate technical scenarios into clear, compelling stories for a broader audience.
- Assist in creating and executing software demonstrations showing different use-cases and contexts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand capabilities, impacts, and customer journey.
- Support the Sales team as needed.
- Assist Client Services and Customer Success teams to provide onboarding support.
