Job summary

Workiva Inc. offers a Solution Consulting Intern role that supports the team by translating complex technical scenarios into customer-focused stories and contributing to software demonstrations.

This remote/hybrid internship provides hands-on experience across pre-sales, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll gain exposure to SaaS financial solutions, data management, and presentation creation while supporting sales and customer success teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program in technology, engineering, MIS, finance, accounting or related field.
• Exposure to SaaS or cloud-based financial solutions.
• Experience with data management platforms and APIs.
• Understanding of software development, architecture, systems design, and networking.
• Experience creating presentations.
• Experience conducting software demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical scenarios into clear, compelling stories for a broad audience.
• Assist in creating and executing software demonstrations showing different use-cases and contexts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand capabilities, impacts, and customer journey.
• Support the Sales team as needed.
• Assist Client Services and Customer Success teams with onboarding support.
