Job summary
Workiva Inc. is seeking a Solution Consulting Intern to support the team by contributing to software demonstrations and translating complex technical scenarios into customer stories. This role offers hands-on, cross-functional exposure to pre-sales and onboarding activities.
The internship is primarily remote with hybrid options near office hubs. You’ll build demonstrations, collaborate across teams, and help customers understand product capabilities while gaining practical experience in SaaS
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program (Technology, Engineering, MIS, Finance, Accounting or related).
- Exposure to SaaS or Cloud-based financial solutions and ecosystems preferred.
- Experience with data management platforms, APIs, and SQL beneficial for integrating data.
- Experience creating presentations is helpful.
- Experience conducting software demonstrations is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Translate technical scenarios into clear, compelling stories for a broad audience.
- Assist in creating and executing software demonstrations across use-cases and contexts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand capabilities, impacts and customer journey.
- Support the Sales team as needed.
- Assist Client Services and Customer Success with onboarding as needed.
