Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative I, Spine to drive orders and relationships across the Sioux City, IA region. This field-based role is remote and requires residency in the territory with travel to accounts, including operating room settings as needed.

You will manage inventory, provide territory coverage, and report activity while meeting or exceeding quotas. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or life sciences experience with medical devices or medtech.
• Option: Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Bachelor’s Degree is accepted as qualification.

Responsibilities

• Solicit orders and represent Medtronic Spinal products in assigned territory.
• Maintain inventory and manage accounts in territory Sioux City, IA.
• Prepare call reports and maintain customer records per District Manager guidance.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and participate in meetings and trainings.
• Travel as required; work weekends/evenings in emergencies.
