Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech-language services for K-12 students, up to 12 hours/week for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time, fully remote role requires NC licensure and offers liability insurance, healthcare benefits, 401(k) with company match, and reimbursement for licensure and CEUs.

You'll conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, develop and implement IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to support student

Qualifications

• Licensed as an SLP in NC (NCBOESLPA)
• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy in a K-12 setting
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families for skill carryover
• Maintain documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What You’ll Do

• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We’re Looking For
