Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to support a North Carolina district for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is fully remote, part-time (up to 12 hours per week) with compensation up to $52/hour and W-2 employment with liability insurance.

You will assess students, write reports, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure continuity of skills and progress. Licensure and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold NC licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 setting, remotely.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes; monitor student progress.
