Ampersand Therapy in Statesville, NC is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based role. You will provide SLP services in a K-12 setting, conduct assessments, and develop IEP goals while collaborating with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Must have NC SLP license or ability to obtain.
• NC Education License from NCDPI (eligible once you have State SLP License).
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
