Job summary

Acoufelt, LLC seeks a Specification Manager for Region 21.1, focusing on architecture and design channels in the New York area. You will build relationships with architects and interior designers, drive product specifications, and collaborate with inside sales to move opportunities through the pipeline.

You will deliver CEUs and educational sessions, presenting Acoufelt's solutions as the preferred choice for commercial interiors while maintaining CRM records and pipeline visibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of success in architectural product sales within the A&D community.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with architects and designers.
• Experience delivering consultative, solution-based presentations and CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with architects and designers to increase brand awareness and drive specification.
• Identify new opportunities by engaging A&D firms and presenting Acoufelt's solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and CEUs to design firms to position Acoufelt as the preferred solution.
• Track and document activities and opportunities in CRM with accurate project details.
• Collaborate with inside sales and special projects to ensure smooth handoffs as opportunities progress to pricing/bidding.
• Stay informed on industry trends, projects, and competitor activity to position Acoufelt strategically.
• Follow up with designers and project stakeholders to keep Acoufelt top of mind in the specification process.
