Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a seasoned Specialty Product Manager for Commercial Lines, focusing on Management Liability and related coverages. The role will shape product strategy, drive profitability, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, market‑leading solutions.

You will lead development and maintenance of D&O, EPL, fiduciary, cyber, crime and kidnap & ransom offerings, while translating market insights into competitive strategies in a remote or hybrid

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Management Liability coverages, policy language and forms drafting.
• Experience in product development, regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of Management Liability coverage forms for admitted and non-admitted markets.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Legal, Compliance, Actuarial and IT to deliver market-leading products.
• Develop filing strategies and respond to State Department of Insurance objections as necessary.
• Monitor regulatory environments, conduct market research and translate insights into competitive product strategies.
