The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Specialty Product Manager for Management Liability with a focus on D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Cyber, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom. This role can be fully remote or hybrid anywhere in the United States and reports to Commercial Lines Product Management.

You will guide product development, strategy, and lifecycle management across admitted and non-admitted lines, partnering with underwriting, claims, legal, and IT to drive profitable growth and

• Deep knowledge of Management Liability coverages and policy language.
• Experience drafting forms and product development with regulatory compliance.
• Ability to translate market insights into competitive product strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and evolution of D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Cyber, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom products.
• Draft and revise coverage forms and rules for admitted and non-admitted use.
• Monitor regulatory environments and manage filing strategies with State DOI.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, and IT.
