Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a Specialty Product Manager for Commercial Lines to lead Management Liability product development, focusing on D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Cyber, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom. The role supports profitability and growth, with hybrid or fully remote options nationwide in the United States.

You will collaborate with underwriting, claims, legal, compliance, actuarial, IT and product teams to shape market-leading coverage offerings and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, design and maintenance of Management Liability coverage forms and rules for admitted and non-admitted use.
• Monitor regulatory and judicial environments to remain compliant in writing states.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for the assigned product line.
• Collaborate with Specialty Underwriting to establish strategies and goals.
• Develop filing strategies and respond to DoI objections as needed.
• Mentor Product Analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
