Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a Specialty Product Manager for its Commercial Lines Product Management team, offering hybrid or remote work nationwide. You will lead Management Liability initiatives, including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Cyber, Crime, and K&R, shaping product strategy and regulatory alignment with cross-functional partners.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in specialty insurance product work, strong leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate market

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Specialty insurance experience with working knowledge in product.
• Thorough understanding of specialty insurance products, policy wording, forms drafting, coverages, and regulatory environment.
• Advanced leadership, innovation, organization and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and technical writing communication skills.
• Ability to articulate product and underwriting strategies and coverage relationships.
• Strong ability to influence strategic decisions supporting corporate goals.
• CARE values alignment and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, design and maintenance of proprietary Management Liability coverage forms for admitted and non-admitted use; draft new forms and revise existing forms.
• Monitor regulatory and judicial environments to remain compliant in writing states.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for the assigned product and line of business.
