Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a Specialty Product Manager to join our Commercial Lines Product Management team in a hybrid work arrangement or fully remote capacity anywhere in the United States. The role focuses on Management Liability and Specialty Insurance, including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Cyber, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom.

You will lead product development, drafting forms, monitor regulatory changes, and collaborate with underwriting, claims, legal, actuarial, and IT to deliver

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Specialty insurance experience with working knowledge in product.
• Understanding of specialty insurance products, policy wording, forms drafting, coverages, and regulatory environment.
• Strong leadership, innovation, organization and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and technical writing communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate the intent of product strategies and underwriting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of proprietary Management Liability coverage forms and rules for admitted and non-admitted use.
• Monitor regulatory and judicial environments to remain compliant in writing states.
• Conduct, monitor, and interpret market research and competitive analysis for the assigned product line.
