You'll collaborate across underwriting, claims, legal, compliance, actuarial and IT to shape innovative, market-leading products, translate insights into strategy, and drive profitability while delivering great client outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of Specialty insurance experience with product background.
• Thorough understanding of specialty insurance products and regulatory environment.
• Strong leadership, initiative, organization, and time management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to translate market insights into competitive product strategies.

• Lead the development and maintenance of Management Liability coverage forms.
• Monitor regulatory and judicial environments for state compliance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for the product line.
• Collaborate with Specialty Underwriting to align strategies.
• Develop filing strategies and respond to insurance department objections.
