The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a Specialty Product Manager to lead Management Liability product development and strategy. This role supports PEL lines including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Cyber, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom, working with underwriting, claims, legal, actuarial, IT and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Deep knowledge of Management Liability coverages and policy wording.
• Experience drafting forms and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Strategic thinker with strong collaboration and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and maintenance of proprietary Management Liability coverage forms for admitted and non-admitted use.
• Monitor regulatory and judicial environments to remain compliant across states.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for the assigned product line.
• Collaborate with Specialty Underwriting to support professional and executive lines strategies.
• Develop filing strategies and respond to DoI objections as needed.
