Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a Specialty Product Manager for Commercial Lines to lead Management Liability product development. The role supports D&O, EPL, Fiduciary Liability, Cyber, Crime, and K&R while coordinating with Underwriting, Claims, Legal, Compliance, Actuarial and IT.

Remote or hybrid work is available across the United States. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in specialty insurance product roles, strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to translate market

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of specialty insurance experience in product roles.
• Strong understanding of specialty insurance products, policy wording, and regulatory environment.
• Advanced leadership and initiative; excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of Management Liability coverage forms for admitted and non-admitted use.
• Monitor regulatory and judicial environments to ensure compliance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for the product line.
• Collaborate with Specialty Underwriting to set strategies and goals.
• Develop filing strategies and respond to State DoI objections.
• Mentor Product Analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
