Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a Specialty Product Manager to join our Commercial Lines Product Management team in a hybrid or fully remote capacity anywhere in the United States.

You will lead the development and evolution of Management Liability products, including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Cyber, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and superior customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Specialty insurance experience with product knowledge.
• Understanding of policy wording, forms drafting, and regulatory environment.
• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate market insights into product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of Management Liability coverage forms.
• Monitor regulatory environments to ensure compliance in writing states.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for the assigned product.
