Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group in the United States seeks an experienced Specialty Product Manager for its Commercial Lines Product Management team, with hybrid or fully remote work options nationwide.

You will lead development and evolution of Management Liability coverage, including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Cyber, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom, collaborating with underwriting, claims, legal, compliance, actuarial and IT.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Management Liability coverages, policy language and forms drafting.
• Ability to translate market insights and emerging risks into competitive product strategies.
• Experience working across regulatory environments and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of products including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary Liability, Cyber, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Legal, Compliance, Actuarial and IT to drive profitable growth.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance across writing states.
