Amgen is seeking an Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager for Rare Disease in the United States. You will promote patient-centered education to HCPs, execute strategic account plans, and navigate a matrix environment with medical affairs, patient access, and other partners.

You will build relationships with local, regional, and national KOLs while expanding your disease, therapeutic knowledge and using a consultative, solution-focused selling approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or hospital sales experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience...
• Doctorate/Master's with 2–6 years of account management experience and related sales experience OR Bachelor's with 8 years of experience

Responsabilités

• Consistently achieve assigned sales objectives through promotion of patient-centered disease and product education to HCPs to improve patient care while adhering to corporate compliance guidelines
• Implement goals of the marketing plan through execution of strategic account business plan
• Develops and maintains a high-level, in-depth disease and therapeutic clinical and scientific knowledge
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to meet needs of healthcare professionals treating IgG4-RD patients
• Travel 20-30% as required
