Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior SPM Solution Engineer to join our Solution Engineering team. You will partner with account executives to design and demonstrate tailored SPM solutions for enterprise customers, translating business needs into technical outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Salesforce experience, and strong presentation skills. Travel and global collaboration are expected as you help scale the Salesforce portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Salesforce experience as a power user or admin.
• Salesforce certifications a plus (Administrator, Architect).
• Prior pre-sales or solution engineering for enterprise clients.
• Excellent speaking and presentation skills (in person and online).
• Strong writing skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer goals throughout the sales cycle.
• Present executive-level product demonstrations highlighting value of SPM.
• Establish technical credibility with client stakeholders via demos and discovery calls.
• Innovate with out-of-the-box solutions to meet business initiatives.
• Lead enablement activities for customers and internal teams.
• Enable broader Solution Engineering team and position value of SPM within Salesforce.
• Become an expert in all SPM applications and Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather feedback and improve processes.
