Qualifications

• Pharmacy support experience or healthcare setting required.
• National CPhT and/or state licensure required per residing state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct day-to-day operations of the Prior Authorization team.
• Coach teammates and drive KPI, provider and patient satisfaction.
• Assist providers and insurers with triaging prior authorizations.
