Job summary

Lumicera is expanding its Prior Authorization team and seeks a Specialist III to coordinate daily operations, coach teammates, and drive KPI and satisfaction goals. Under supervision, you will train staff on platforms like RxVector, NCRX, Lighthouse, Banjo, and Cover My Meds, streamline workflows, and handle escalations to ensure optimal authorizations for our specialty pharmacy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure per state requirements.
• 2+ years pharmacy support or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Prior Authorization team to meet KPI goals and provider/patient satisfaction.
• Assign daily tasks, guide complex problem-solving, and drive accountability.
• Train new and existing Specialists on core duties and platforms (RxVector, NCRX, Lighthouse, Banjo, Cover My Meds).
• Identify workflow improvements and present opportunities to leadership.
• Provide daily support to associates and communicate new protocols.
