Job summary

Youth RISE Foundation is seeking a Special Projects Program Manager for remote work in the United States. The role begins per diem with the opportunity to transition to a full-time salaried leadership position.

You will lead strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects. Responsibilities include planning, timelines, budgets, and measurable objectives, plus ongoing updates to executive leadership and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience managing organizational initiatives or complex projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and measurable objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with community partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support the launch of new programs, services, and organizational initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation and evaluate project outcomes.
• Recommend operational improvements and innovative solutions.
• Perform additional strategic assignments as directed by executive leadership.
