Job summary

Youth RISE Foundation is seeking a dependable Facilities & Logistics Coordinator for remote, per-diem work with on-site support during events and after opening the Community Center. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, facility setup, equipment, and transportation for programs and community events.

The role emphasizes event-based operations, planning, and collaboration with staff and partners, with required flexibility for evenings and local travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination, logistics, facilities management, operations, or hospitality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel locally and work occasional evenings or weekends for scheduled events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for Foundation events, workshops, and community programs.
• Arrange venue setup, equipment, supplies, and event materials.
• Coordinate vendors, deliveries, and service providers.
• Assist with event registration, check-in, and participant flow.
• Support transportation and logistical planning for programs and special events.
• Monitor inventory of event supplies and equipment.
• Ensure facilities are organized, safe, and event-ready.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and post-event logistics.
• Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure successful event execution.
• Perform additional logistics and operational support duties as assigned.
