Job summary

Youth RISE Foundation is seeking an Educational Programs Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational initiatives.

The role is remote full-time with a future transition to hybrid/in-person as the Youth RISE Community Center opens. You will build partnerships, develop curriculum, and monitor outcomes to advance youth achievement and lifelong learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Higher Education, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience managing educational, youth development, or nonprofit programs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience with curriculum development and program evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and initiatives.
  • Develop program goals, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Design and manage workshops, seminars, and educational events.
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and community organizations.
  • Recruit, supervise, and support program staff, volunteers, mentors, and facilitators.
  • Develop educational resources, curriculum, and training materials.
  • Monitor participant engagement, program outcomes, and organizational impact.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support grant-funded educational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify new educational opportunities and expand programming.
  • Ensure programs reflect best practices and promote equitable access to educational resources.

The Educational Programs Manager leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of Youth RISE Foundation's educational programs and initiatives. This full-time role is responsible for creating high-quality learning experiences, managing program operations, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring programs achieve measurable outcomes that support the academic, personal, and career success of youth and young adults. The position is remote until the opening of the Youth RISE Community Center, after which it will transition to an in-person/hybrid work environment.

We are seeking an experienced Educational Programs Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational initiatives that support student success and expand access to learning opportunities.

Overview

The Educational Programs Manager oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Foundation's educational programs. This role collaborates with executive leadership, educators, community partners, and volunteers to create impactful learning experiences while ensuring programs align with the Foundation's mission, strategic goals, and measurable outcomes.
