Qualifications

• 5+ years as a special education teacher, IEP coordinator, or district special-education specialist
• Direct ownership of writing or reviewing IEPs and related IDEA compliance documentation
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across IEP workflows
• Assist with IEP goal-writing, present-levels narratives, 504 plans, and behavior intervention plans
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation and deliverables
