Qualifications

• 5+ years as a special education teacher, IEP coordinator, or district special-education specialist.
• Direct ownership of writing or reviewing IEPs and related IDEA compliance documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated IEP documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Work on IEP goal-writing, present-levels-of-performance narratives, 504 plans, and accommodations.
• Develop progress-monitoring trackers and behavior intervention plans as part of core workflows.
