Job summary

Parallel is seeking experienced Special Education Teachers to provide virtual instruction to K-12 students in Arizona, with an Arizona Moderate/Severe Disabilities PreK-12 Endorsement.

You will design and deliver SDI, manage IEPs, collaborate with IEP teams, and assess student progress using data-driven lessons. The role is remote with 15 hours/week minimum, operating on a 1099 basis, during standard school hours.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona educator license/certification with Moderate/Severe Disabilities, PreK-12 Endorsement.
• Experience delivering specially designed instruction in school settings to diverse student populations.
• Strong collaboration with IEP teams and families.
• Proficiency in virtual service delivery using meeting platforms and instructional technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide legally compliant SDI and compensatory education for students with IEPs.
• Develop and implement data-driven, individualized lesson plans.
• Manage and monitor IEPs and progress for assigned students.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to coordinate service delivery and scheduling.
• Administer screenings and progress monitoring to inform instruction.
