Job summary

Parallel is seeking experienced Special Education Teachers to provide virtual instruction to K-12 students in Arizona. We require an Active Arizona educator license/certification with Moderate/Severe Disabilities Endorsement and strong skills in SDI and IEP management.

Responsibilities include designing data-driven, individualized lessons, supporting reading, math, executive functioning, and life skills, and collaborating with IEP teams.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona educator license/certification with Moderate/Severe Disabilities, PreK-12 Endorsement.
• Experience delivering specially designed instruction and working with diverse student populations.
• Strong collaboration with IEP teams and communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SDI and compensatory services for students with active IEPs.
• Develop and implement data-driven, individualized lesson plans to target key skills.
• Support reading, foundational math, executive functioning, and life skills.
• Own IEP creation, management, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to tailor instructional approaches.
• Administer screenings, progress monitoring, and formal outcomes assessments.
