Job summary

Parallel is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Special Educator to deliver virtual instruction to Missouri students for the 2026–2027 school year. The role covers Specially Designed Instruction for 11 elementary students across grades 3–4 with mild to moderate disabilities.

Responsibilities include IEP creation, management, progress monitoring, and collaboration with the IEP team, teachers, parents, and students to tailor instruction and schedules.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri SPED license/certification (Mild/Moderate, K-12).
• Experience delivering specially designed instruction in school settings.
• Strong collaboration with IEP teams, parents, and students.
• Proficiency with virtual services and instructional technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant virtual SDI and compensatory services for 11 elementary students (Grades 3–4) with mild-moderate disabilities.
• Own creation, management, and monitoring of student IEPs and case management tasks.
• Collaborate with the IEP team to coordinate service schedules and tailor instructional approaches.
