Responsibilities include managing a high-volume caseload, preparing filings, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with experts and attorneys to ensure compliance with education laws.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience required; more preferred.
• Active bar license in any U.S. state.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual tools.

Responsabilités

• Case Management: Manage 100–200 claims with timely handling.
• Litigation: Prepare for and litigate complex cases at administrative hearings.
• Administrative Process: Navigate federal and state education laws and regs.
• Documentation: Prepare and review filings, agreements, and reports.
• Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate fair resolutions including attorney’s fees.
• Training and Collaboration: Work with specialists and attorneys; train staff.
• Research and Compliance: Analyze case law and guide on compliance.
