Qualifications

• Bar admission active in good standing in any U.S. state.
• Minimum of 1+ years of recent litigation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage 100–200 cases concurrently.
• Ability to log activities in 15-minute increments.
• Dedicated workspace, reliable Wi‑Fi, and comfort with virtual tools.
• Willingness to work in Eastern Time Zone hours (7 AM–7 PM).
• Preferred experience: Administrative Law, IEP/Special Education, government/public interest work, settlement experience.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: Manage a high-volume caseload of 100–200 claims.
• Representation: Prepare for and litigate complex cases in hearings and settlements.
• Administrative Process: Navigate procedural requirements under education laws.
• Documentation: Prepare and review filings, agreements, and reports.
• Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate resolutions including attorney's fees.
• Training and Collaboration: Work with staff and attorneys; provide training on compliance.
• Research and Compliance: Analyze case law; guide parents and students on hearing obligations.
