• Willingness to accommodate early morning hearings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of 100–200 special education claims.
• Prepare and litigate complex cases in administrative hearings.
• Navigate procedural requirements and ensure compliance with laws.
• Prepare and review all necessary filings and reports.
• Negotiate fair settlements with parents and advocacy groups.
• Collaborate and provide training to other staff on compliance.
• Analyze case law and evaluate settlement demands for cases.

Skills

Active bar license in good standing in any U.S. state

Minimum of 1+ years of litigation experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
